Ramy Abdelhady has served in the Egyptian Judiciary for more than a decade, first as a Public Prosecutor and later as a Chief Judge. He holds two Master of Laws degrees with a focus on international law and human rights and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Law and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Bristol, United Kingdom.

Dr. Nancy Adossi is a senior international policy professional with 15+ years of experience advancing trade and socio-economic development across Africa and North America. She has served as the Head of the UNECA & AU Special Projects Liaison Unit at IOM, where she led high-level engagement with the African Union, UNECA, and global partners to implement cross-border mobility frameworks and donor-funded programmes.

Aliyyah Ahad is the Director and EU Representative at the Government of Bermuda’s Brussels Office, a post she has held since October 2020. She previously worked for the Government of Bermuda in the Cabinet Office, Ombudsman’s Office, Human Rights Commission, London Office, and Bermuda Economic Development Corporation.  Ms.

Damilola Balogun is a lawyer, Co-Founder & CEO of the Youth Sustainable Development Network (YSDN), leading clean energy and climate initiatives across Africa and the Global South. Named to the Forbes Africa Under 30, Damilola translates international climate and energy policy into measurable outcomes. He has directed projects worth over $500,000, including CoolCycle and Powering Lagos SMEs, improving rural livelihoods and reducing emissions.

María Fernanda Bozmoski is director for impact and operations and Central America lead at the Atlantic Council’s Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center, where she drives the Center’s work on Mexico and Central America and oversees operations. She has led high-level, multinational task-forces; advanced a revamped US-LAC Strategy from the Atlantic Council, and organized high-level dialogues with US, regional, and European policymakers.

Imane Dahou is a cybersecurity expert at the nexus of resilience and digital trust, helping organizations worldwide design security strategies, advance AI security and drive transformative change. She built her career at GE, Deloitte, Accenture, and now Sia, where she advises on complex regulatory landscapes.

Aude Darnal is currently a visiting senior fellow within the US think tank New America’s Plenary Politics Program and a columnist for World Politics Review. Prior to this, she was a research analyst and the founder and manager of the Global South in the World Order Project at the Stimson Center, a program that aimed to elevate the perspectives of policy experts from Global South countries on reforming global governance and North-South relations.

Pauline Despis Pigozzo is Program & Coordination Manager at the Cercle des économistes. She has been involved for several years in the organization of international forums within different institutions. At the Rencontres Économiques d’Aix-en-Provence, one of Europe’s largest economic forums, she contributes to preparing debates, coordinating speakers, and designing formats that connect economists, policymakers, students, and citizens.

Victoria Di Baggio Vega is a Digital Transformation and Public Policy Leader from Argentina, currently pursuing a Master’s in Management of Information Systems and Digital Innovation at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Also holding a Master’s in Public Policy, with extensive experience in GovTech.

Alejandra Durán de Huerta de Lille is Head of Economic Affairs at the Embassy of Mexico in Washington, D.C. Since 2021 she has led economic diplomacy with U.S. policymakers and business leaders; coordinated trade missions; and advised on bilateral initiatives. She helped relaunch the U.S.–Mexico High-Level Economic Dialogue. She served as Director for Economic Affairs to the Undersecretary for North America at the Foreign Ministry, supporting USMCA ratification across North America.

Izzy Fenwick is the Executive Director of the Climate Foundation New Zealand, leading efforts to accelerate systemic, real-world emissions reductions across Aotearoa. She also serves on the Board of The Aotearoa Circle, a unique public–private partnership advancing natural capital as a foundation for national prosperity.

Kátia Fenyves is a Climate Change and Sustainability Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), where she leads strategic operations and policy dialogues on climate finance, biodiversity, and sustainable development in Brazil.

Felipe Fraiz is currently a Senior Purchasing Manager at Brembo, the global leader in automotive brake technology, based in Brazil. He is responsible for the procurement of direct and indirect materials, auxiliary services, and capital investments across the region. Prior to this role, he worked in the purchasing department at Thyssenkrupp Automotive Technology.

David Gómez-Gil is an entrepreneur and strategist, currently Co-Founder of NOUS, a tech-enabled platform empowering professionals across Latin America through AI-driven career tools. Passionate about the built environment and design, he also advises Stratego, a boutique family-owned real estate firm. He has orchestrated social innovation initiatives that bring together universities, communities, and NGOs to tackle local challenges through inclusive and collaborative design.

Maame Abena Gyamerah is a Foreign Service Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ghana. She has developed expertise in policy analysis, high-level technical briefings, and political and economic reporting across bilateral and multilateral contexts. In her current role, she supports strategic planning and performance management for Ghana’s Diplomatic Missions abroad.

Dr. Mehran Haghirian is the Director of Research and Programmes at the Bourse & Bazaar Foundation. His work centers on conflict resolution and diplomacy, with a particular focus on the Persian Gulf region. Haghirian holds a PhD in Gulf Studies from Qatar University and a master’s degree in International Affairs from American University’s School of International Service in Washington, DC.

Sayantan Haldar is an Associate Fellow with the Strategic Studies Programme of the Observer Research Foundation (ORF). He is interested in questions of geopolitics, maritime security, and regionalism in the Indian Ocean, and the Arctic. His doctoral thesis, submitted at the Department of International Relations, South Asian University, examines India’s evolving maritime security strategy in the Indian Ocean.

Noureddine Hamri is the founder of Turn Up the Light, a COP28 award- winning cleantech startup that builds interconnected energy communities through an open-source platform, a citizen-to-citizen energy credit market, and a hands-on toolkit enabling anyone to create their own small-scale renewable energy source.

Ruby Igwe is the Country General Manager of ALX Nigeria and co-founder of Archivi.ng, a civic-tech nonprofit preserving Nigeria’s media heritage. A Nigerian lawyer and media producer, she began her career in storytelling, writing and producing for award-winning shows like MTV Shuga, before transitioning to leadership in tech and education. At ALX Nigeria, she leads a 50-person team that has trained over 117,000 young Nigerians in tech and entrepreneurship, with 40% women participation.

Juan Camilo Jiménez Garcés is Response Director at World Central Kitchen (WCK), a global humanitarian organization. A Colombian and Honduran national based in Mexico City, he has directed large-scale food relief operations across Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Vassilis Koutsoumpas is a Digital Policy and AI Adviser at the Office of the Prime Minister of Greece, leading efforts to integrate artificial intelligence into policymaking and governance. He previously served as a Special Adviser at the General Secretariat of the Prime Minister .

Sofia Lalinde is an Executive in the Global Partnerships Office at CAF – Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean, where she focuses on forging strategic partnerships and mobilizing resources to advance sustainable development. Drawing on her Peruvian and Colombian roots and international experience, she brings a unique perspective to her work in strengthening regional cooperation.

William Marks is the CEO of Tardigrade Holdings and a member of the faculty at Harvard University. He teaches several courses on entrepreneurship, the life sciences industry, and venture creation at Harvard and the Harvard Business School, and focuses on operating and investing as an Operating Partner at Snowbridge Ventures.

Pablo Marquez Quidiello is currently a Project Manager for Baker Hughes Gas Technology Services Upgrades in the MENATI region. Holding two Masters degrees in Aerospace and Industrial Engineering, Pablo is passionate about Industrial Operational Excellence, Supply Chain challenges and complex Projects Execution.

Sofia Mastrostefano is a Programme Manager at the Italian Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI), specializing in international relations, corporate engagement, and high-level event organization. Previously, she worked at the NATO Defense College Foundation, and collaborated with the NATO Defense College and the Italian Society for International Organization, gaining solid experience in international security, transatlantic relations, and strategic project management.

Luladay Berhanu Mengistie is an embedded Trade Advisor with Ethiopia’s Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration, where she advises on WTO accession and AfCFTA implementation. Luladay has over a decade of experience in international trade, law, and development, including roles with the International Trade Centre, United Nations Economic Commission for Africa and consulting the African continental Free Trade Area Secretariat.

Siddhaant Mohta is an independent advisor on strategy and business development for corporates and institutions involved in cross-border projects with India. Since 2013, he has been a consultant to Dentons, the world’s largest law firm. He is Co-founder and Director of Sopaan, a cultural startup that curates experiential arts events at historic Indian monuments.

Livia Morichetti Franchi is Senior Specialist for International Relations at Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP), Italy’s National Promotional Institution. She supports CDP’s engagement in G7 and G20 processes, coordinates relations with international financial institutions and public development banks and contributes to global networks such as the D20-LTIC. She also manages CDP’s participation in high-level events, including the World Bank/IMF Annual Meetings and related side events.

Carlos Moura Teixeira is a diplomat, currently serving as Political Advisor to the EU Special Representative for the Sahel. From 2022 to 2024, he was an Advisor to Portugal's Minister of Foreign Affairs on Sub-Saharan Africa, North Africa, Middle East, Gulf, and Mediterranean. He previously worked at the European Commission and the OECD.

James Myles currently serves in the Pan-African Affairs Bureau at Global Affairs Canada. In this role, he works closely with the African Union, including the organization of an ongoing series of High-Level Dialogues between Canadian and AU leadership since 2022.

Paula Nkandu-Haamaundu is an award-winning cybersecurity and policy leader with experience across government, corporate, and international sectors. She is currently a Cybersecurity Advisor at the African Union Commission, seconded by GIZ African Union, where she advises on cybersecurity governance and strategy.

Since August 2025, Jonathan Nowak has been the Resident Representative of the Konrad-Adenauer Foundation in Senegal and Gambia. Prior to this, he served as Desk Officer for the North Atlantic region at the foundation’s headquarters in Berlin, a position he held since February 2022. Earlier in his career, he worked in Tbilisi and Yerevan as part of the Konrad-Adenauer Foundation’s Regional Programme for Political Dialogue in the South Caucasus.

Chinasa T. Okolo, Ph.D., is the Founder and Scientific Director of Technēcultură, a former Fellow at The Brookings Institution, and a recent Computer Science Ph.D. graduate from Cornell University. Her research focuses on AI governance and safety for the Global Majority, datafication and algorithmic marginalization, and the geopolitical impacts of AI. Dr.

Jerome is a Research Fellow with the UK in the World Programme at Chatham House. His research covers the geopolitics of international development, economic security, and science and technology policy. Previously, Jerome held roles as a Policy Associate at the International Committee of the Red Cross and was an intern and research consultant with the Middle East and North Africa Programme at Chatham House.

Fosco Riani leads the Election Program at Meta, overseeing election integrity initiatives globally, and is also part of the company’s Regulatory Readiness team, helping the company manage regulatory risk. Prior to joining Meta, Fosco worked as political advisor at the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), as editor for the magazine Internazionale, and as policy researcher for a former Ambassador and Diplomatic Advisor to the President of the Italian Republic.

Erblin Ribari is CEO of Manaxo, a technology company helping small businesses simplify operations and grow sustainably. Previously, as CFO of dua.com, he worked to connect millions of people across the diaspora and support meaningful relationships rooted in culture and community. A graduate of Harvard University and Imperial College London, Erblin has focused his career on expanding opportunities in underserved regions through technology, investment, and public policy.
