Arturo Rocha is currently Acting Director and Deputy Director of Tent Mexico in Mexico City. Prior to this, he served as Mexico's first Director General of Human Mobility and Development at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he designed and led the implementation of Mexico's Humanitarian Model of Human Mobility, adopted by 25 federal agencies. His previous experience includes Chief of Staff for North America, where he helped organize the X North American Leaders' Summit with former Presidents López Obrador, Biden and Prime Minister Trudeau. Arturo has research experience at the OECD Development Centre in Paris and Oxfam America, in Washington D.C. He completed his Master of Public Policy at the University of Chicago Harris School in 2018.
