Pauline Despis Pigozzo is Program & Coordination Manager at the Cercle des économistes. She has been involved for several years in the organization of international forums within different institutions. At the Rencontres Économiques d’Aix-en-Provence, one of Europe’s largest economic forums, she contributes to preparing debates, coordinating speakers, and designing formats that connect economists, policymakers, students, and citizens. In 2025, she helped extend the event into the city by creating new spaces for dialogue - in the streets, on café terraces, in museums, cinemas, and schools - highlighting that economics belongs in everyday life. Convinced that economic illiteracy weakens democracy, she works to break down barriers between experts and citizens, with the ambition of fostering participation and trust in public debate.
