Jerome is a Research Fellow with the UK in the World Programme at Chatham House. His research covers the geopolitics of international development, economic security, and science and technology policy. Previously, Jerome held roles as a Policy Associate at the International Committee of the Red Cross and was an intern and research consultant with the Middle East and North Africa Programme at Chatham House. He holds an MSc in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies and a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics.
