María Fernanda Bozmoski is director for impact and operations and Central America lead at the Atlantic Council’s Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center, where she drives the Center’s work on Mexico and Central America and oversees operations. She has led high-level, multinational task-forces; advanced a revamped US-LAC Strategy from the Atlantic Council, and organized high-level dialogues with US, regional, and European policymakers. Previously, she worked at the Cato Institute and the Council of the Americas. A frequent media commentator, she has appeared on NPR, Bloomberg, BBC, El Financiero-Bloomberg, among others. Originally from Costa Rica, Bozmoski holds a BA from Sorbonne University and master’s degrees in Latin American studies and political economy from Georgetown University and in international law and human rights from the UN University for Peace.
