Fosco Riani

Fosco Riani leads the Election Program at Meta, overseeing election integrity initiatives globally, and is also part of the company’s Regulatory Readiness team, helping the company manage regulatory risk. Prior to joining Meta, Fosco worked as political advisor at the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), as editor for the magazine Internazionale, and as policy researcher for a former Ambassador and Diplomatic Advisor to the President of the Italian Republic. Fosco holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from LUISS University in Rome, and is a Junior Fellow of the Aspen Institute. He is based in New York.
