Victoria Di Baggio Vega is a Digital Transformation and Public Policy Leader from Argentina, currently pursuing a Master’s in Management of Information Systems and Digital Innovation at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Also holding a Master’s in Public Policy, with extensive experience in GovTech. Over the past decade, has led more than 40 technology-driven projects across government, private sector, and civil society in Latin America, including Argentina’s largest digital transformation, internationally recognized open data initiatives, and AI governance efforts. A non-techie in tech, passionate about leveraging technology to tackle pressing challenges of the Global South. As an EdTech advocate, has led initiatives empowering over 20,000 women in 10 countries, and has been awarded multiple leadership and academic scholarships.
