Dr. Nancy Adossi is a senior international policy professional with 15+ years of experience advancing trade and socio-economic development across Africa and North America. She has served as the Head of the UNECA & AU Special Projects Liaison Unit at IOM, where she led high-level engagement with the African Union, UNECA, and global partners to implement cross-border mobility frameworks and donor-funded programmes. Previously, she headed the sub-unit on the Free Movement Protocol at the AU, leading the portfolio on trade, migration, and humanitarian response. A recognized thought leader, Nancy has represented institutions at forums with the OECD, UN, and the World Bank, shaping dialogues on economic and sustainable development. She holds a PhD in Health Sciences education and is passionate about inclusive policy solutions.
