L’Union européenne sortira-t-elle affaiblie ou renforcée des événements en Ukraine ?

Plus d’un an après le déclenchement de la guerre en Ukraine, l'Europe se retrouve plongée dans un conflit de haute intensité. Février 2022 sera considéré comme une année charnière, comparable à la période de transformation de novembre 1989, puisque la guerre a engendré des changements significatifs qui ont remodelé le continent. 

L'unité affichée au sein de l'Union européenne (UE) en réponse à la guerre est restée intacte. Malgré les craintes selon lesquelles la faiblesse de l’Union pourrait compromettre cette unité, les prédictions de divisions se sont révélées infondées. La crise énergétique et l'insécurité n'ont pas affecté l'engagement de l'UE à soutenir l'Ukraine, ni sa capacité à faire face aux scénarios catastrophiques prédisant un effondrement économique. 

Mais bien que la réponse de l'UE à la guerre ait démontré sa détermination, elle n'a pas encore entraîné de changements structurels complets dans l'économie et l'architecture de sécurité du continent. Ce podcast examine l'état actuel de l'UE dans la guerre en Ukraine dans ses aspects politiques, économiques et sécuritaires, afin de répondre à la problématique : L’Union européenne sortira-t-elle affaiblie ou renforcée des événements en Ukraine ?
