Libya, a nation abundant in valuable resources such as human capital, minerals, and oil, has also been characterized by cultural homogeneity and harmonious coexistence. Throughout its history, Libya has experienced a shift in its regime, leading to new aspirations among its people, who now seek legitimate institutions and appropriate representation. Implementing these changes, particularly after enduring numerous turmoils, requires careful consideration and strategic steps.
