Les répercussions socio-économiques de la crise sanitaire n’affectèrent pas seulement les partis juridiquement vulnérables, mais aussi les communautés d’accueil, accentuant la dépendance de l’Afrique à l’égard d’une aide humanitaire sur-sollicitée, dans une conjoncture internationale où le principe de la solidarité internationale semble trouver peu d’écho
