Cette publication est le résultat de la 19° édition des Dialogues Stratégiques, organisée le 24 octobre 2025, où ont été présentés et débattus 15 chapitres autour de deux thématiques majeures: « Recompositions et dynamiques croisées en Asie du Sud-Ouest : Focus sur PIran, l'Afghanistan, le Pakistan et l'Inde » et « Nouvelles perceptions de l'Afrique dans les stratégies internationales».

Au croisement de ces discussions, émerge une interrogation centrale: comment les États et les régions confrontés à des tensions multiples et à l'émergence de nouvelles puissances adaptent-ils leurs stratégies pour protéger leurs intérêts et façonner les équilibres internationaux?

En Asie du Sud-Ouest, rivalités historiques, conflits transnationaux et enjeux économiques se conjuguent avec la présence de multiples acteurs globaux et régionaux, produisant un espace stratégique complexe où l'incertitude domine.

En Afrique, l'attention renouvelée des grandes puissances, occidentales et extra-occidentales, met en lumière la compétition pour l'accès aux ressources, le développement des partenariats et l'influence régionale. L'Afrique n'est plus un simple théâtre d'intérêts, mais un acteur capable de négocier et de structurer ses alliances.

Cette publication propose une lecture croisée de ces dynamiques, afin de mieux comprendre les mutations géopolitiques actuelles et leurs implications pour l'ordre mondial.
