Ce podcast analyse le rôle des réserves de sécurité comme pilier stratégique de la résilience de la sécurité intérieure dans un contexte marqué par des menaces hybrides et des crises prolongées. Il met en lumière leur contribution opérationnelle aux forces permanentes ainsi que leur importance dans le renforcement du lien entre citoyens et institutions régaliennes. L’échange souligne enfin les enjeux de gouvernance, de formation et d’adaptation de ces dispositifs face à l’évolution des menaces sécuritaires.
