يخصص مركز السياسات من أجل الجنوب الجديد حلقة برنامجه الأسبوعي "حديث الثلاثاء" لمناقشة آثار الحرب في اوكرانيا على الاقتصاد العالمي مع فتح الله ولعلو، باحث بارز بمركز السياسات من أجل الجنوب الجديد

بعد اندلاع الحرب الأوكرانية الروسية في أواخر شهر فبراير من هذا العام، كان الكل يتوجس من تداعياتها الاقتصادية على المستوى الدولي وكدى من تأثيراتها السلبية التي من الممكن ان تثقل كاهل الدول لكونها لاتزال تكابد للخروج بأقل الاضرار من تبعات أزمة كورونا.

وفي هذا السياق، فبمجرد اندلاع الحرب عرفت أسواق المواد الخام خاصة الطاقة والمواد الغذائية ارتفاعا حاداً بحكم الدور المحوري الذي تلعبه روسيا واكرانيا في تزويد الاقتصاد العالمي بهاته المواد. كما شهدت أسعار العملات ببعض الدول الصاعدة والنامية تقلبات تعكس توجس الفاعلين الاقتصاديين.

إضافة الى العقوبات التي سنتها الدول الغربية في حق الاقتصاد الروسي والتي فاقمت التداعيات السلبية للحرب حيث انعكست بدورها سلباً على منسوب الثقة لدى المستثمرين بشكل خاص وعلى قواعد الاقتصاد العالمي بشكل عام. 

فماهي إذاً التحديات التي تواجه الاقتصاد العالمي ونظيره الإقليمي؟

نعود خلال هذه الحلقة الى أهم الارهاصات الاقتصادية للحرب على المدى القريب والبعيد وكدى مشاركة قراءتنا الاستشرافية لمسار الاقتصاد العالمي نحو قطبية اقتصادية أصبحت أكثر من أي وقت مضى موضوع الساعة.

Head - Research in Economics
Abdelaaziz Ait Ali is a principal Economist and head of the Research Department at the Policy Center for the New South. He joined the Center in 2014 after five years of experience at the Central Bank of Morocco. He worked as an economist in the International Studies and Relations Department and was analyzing the real estate price index and financial asset prices for monetary policy and financial stability purposes. Since then, Abdelaaziz has focused on cyclical and structural issues of the Moroccan economy, including macroeconomic management and industrial policy design. He has published articles on the reform of the exchange rate regime in the Moroccan economy and its implications for macroeconomic regulation, as well as on the evolution of the macroeconomic framework over th ...
Fathallah Oualalou
Senior Fellow
Fathallah Oualalou is an economist, Senior Fellow at the Policy Center for the New South.  He obtained his PhD in economics from the University of Paris in 1968. Prior to joining the Policy Center for the New South, he served as a professor at Mohammed V University in Rabat and other higher education institutions in Morocco, and as an associate professor at several foreign universities. He is the author of numerous books and articles in the fields of economic theory, financial economics, international economic relations, the economies of Maghreb countries, the Arab world, and the Euro-Mediterranean area.
