يخصص مركز السياسات من أجل الجنوب الجديد حلقة برنامجه الأسبوعي "حديث الثلاثاء"  لموضوع التربية و الثقافة في زمن العولمة جائت العولمة  بنظام  جديد له أدواته ووسائله وعناصره، وميكانيكاته الخاصة. إذ اخترقت العالم من خلال وسائل مختلفة كالقنوات الفضائية والإلكترونيات والحواسيب والانترنيت ووسائل الاتصال الجديدة التي غيرت من ملامح  الحياة اليومية للافراد و بهذا، تتمحور هذه الحلقة حول مناقشة آثار العولمة على التربية والثقافة مع الدكتور محمد مصطفى القباج، كاتب و اكاديمي مغربي باستضافة احمد وحنيني،  باحث في الاقتصاد، مركز السياسات من اجل الجنوب الجديد

Ahmed Ouhnini is an Economist at the Policy Center for the New South. His research area covers agricultural economics, human and social development. Previously, he has worked as a researcher at the Paris School of Economics (PSE) and has also a record of working in consulting services in Morocco.
