حديث الثلاثاء : تقييم وٱفاق العمل الحكومي في المغرب في وسط تحديات متعددة الابعاد

وجدت الحكومة المغربية نفسها بعد عام من بداية عملها أمام مجموعة من التحديات نتيجة سلسلة الأزمات الدولية التي اندلعت خلال السنوات الأخيرة وتداعياتها. فبعد الطموحات والأهداف المعلن عنها في البرنامج الحكومي، علاوة على الأوضاع الدولية تُطرح جملة من الإشكاليات التي تسبّبت في إعادة النظر وفي تغيير مسارات الاقتصاد والمجتمع على المستوى الوطني. فكيف كانت ردّة فعل الحكومة أمام سلسلة الصدمات هذه التي أثرت على النسيج الاجتماعي والاقتصادي المغربي؟ وكيف لنا أن نقيّم تجربة وأداء الحكومة بعد سنة من العمل؟ ثم ما هي الآفاق والأولويّات التي يرسمها الخطاب الملكيّ لافتتاح السنة التشريعيّة الجديدة؟ وما هي سبل تحقيقها؟

Larabi Jaïdi is a Senior Fellow at the Policy Center for the New South and an Affiliate Professor at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University. His areas of expertise include international economy, economic policies, international economic relations, regional economies, social development, international relations, and Mediterranean studies. He also served on the Special Commission on the New Development Model of Morocco, a consultative body created in November 2019 to formulate the country's new developmental guidelines.
