Fatima Ezzahra Mengoub
Chief Agroeconomist at OCP Foundation
Fatima Ezzahra Mengoub is a researcher and policy analyst specializing in agriculture and rural development. She holds a PhD in Economics and an engineering degree in agriculturaleconomics from the Hassan II Institute of Agronomy and Veterinary Sciences. She currently holds the position of Chief Agroeconomist at the OCP Foundation, following her previous role as Senior Economist at the Policy Center for the New South. She has lectured in economics and decision-making at several institutions and published extensively on agricultural investment, value chains, and irrigation. Her expertise informs agricultural policy and development across Africa and beyond.
