Les doubles nationaux, enquête sur les nouveaux entrepreneurs au Maroc

A partir d'une enquête de terrain réalisée au printemps 2010, cette étude part d'un constat empirique : des Marocains vivant dans un pays du Nord (France, Suède, États-Unis, Canada) et qui, pour certains, y sont nés et y ont toujours vécu, décident de s'installer définitivement au Maroc pour créer leur propre structure entrepreneuriale ou y exercer une activité salariée. A rebours des idées reçues sur l'opposition entre "intégration" et "double allégeance", cette étude propose de mettre en relief la spécificité de la citoyenneté transnationale des doubles nationaux franco-marocains, immigrés de la "seconde génération", en comparant leur parcours avec celui de primo-migrants marocains: Quel est le profil social et économique de ces acteurs ? Pourquoi et comment investissent-ils cet espace transnational d'un nouveau type ? Quelles sont leurs stratégies et leurs représentations ? Quels facteurs institutionnels permettent le maintien de ce lien transnational ? Bref, qui sont ces acteurs et quels sont les déterminants qui expliquent les raisons de leur « retour » au Maroc?
