Quels sont les résultats de la COP24 ?

La COP24 s’est achevée le 15 décembre sur un bilan mitigé. Les négociateurs sont parvenus à adopter un ensemble de règles opérationnelles venant décliner les grands principes de l’Accord de Paris sur le climat mais ils n’ont pas envoyé de message fort sur la nécessité de revoir les contributions nationales et de rehausser les ambitions de chacun pour éviter un réchauffement climatique incontrôlable. Quels enseignements tirer de cette COP24 ? Les négociations climatiques internationales risquent-elles de connaitre une nouvelle impasse ?
