في هذه الحلقة من برنامج "حديث الثلاثاء"، نناقش التحولات الدولية المتسارعة تجاه قضية الصحراء المغربية. نركز على اتساع الدعم الدولي لمبادرة الحكم الذاتي وتراجع الاعتراف بـ"الجمهورية الصحراوية المزعومة". كما نستعرض دور الدول الإفريقية والعربية في الدفع نحو حل نهائي وسط انقسامات مجلس الأمن. ونطرح آليات تعزيز الدبلوماسية الرسمية وغير الرسمية لتحويل هذا الدعم إلى نتائج ملموسة داخل النظام الدولي

Rida Lyammouri is a senior fellow at the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS). He is also a senior West Africa and Lake Chad Basin researcher and advisor, with expertise in regional conflicts, violent extremism, climate change, migration, and trafficking. He specialises in analysing climate-conflict interactions in the Lake Chad Basin, West Africa, and the Sahel, studying resource scarcity, adaptive strategies, and socio-economic impacts. His multidisciplinary approach combines climate science and conflict analysis, offering insights into the region's climate-security nexus.

Economist, Policy Center for the New South
Ahmed Ouhnini is an Economist at the Policy Center for the New South. His research area covers agricultural economics, human and social development. Previously, he has worked as a researcher at the Paris School of Economics (PSE) and has also a record of working in consulting services in Morocco. Ahmed holds an engineering Diploma in Agriculture and Rural Development from the National School of Agriculture of Meknes and a Master’s Degree in Law, Economics and Management from the Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne Institute of Development.
