رغم الإصلاح الذي شهده نظام التقاعد سنة 2016، لا تزال هذه المنظومة في المغرب تواجه اختلالات عميقة، تتجلى أساسًا في اتساع الفجوة بين عدد المساهمين وعدد المستفيدين، مما يهدد استدامتها المالية على المدى الطويل. فالتقارير الأخيرة، وعلى رأسها تقرير "إليانز"، تضع المغرب ضمن أكثر الدول حاجة إلى إصلاحات هيكلية في هذا المجال. فإلى أي مدى ساهم الإصلاح السابق في الحد من الأزمة؟ ولماذا لم يكن كافيًا لتحقيق التوازن المالي للنظام؟ وما هي أبرز السيناريوهات المطروحة اليوم لضمان ديمومة صناديق التقاعد؟ هذه الأسئلة وغيرها سنناقشها في هذا العدد مع السيدة بثينة فلسي، المتخصصة في قضايا الحماية الاجتماعية.
