Le Japon veut réaffirmer sa présence en Afrique, faisant appel à de nombreux et différents mécanismes de coopération à la fois bilatéraux : la JICA, les FAD, et multilatéraux : TICAD. La huitième Conférence internationale de Tokyo sur le développement de l’Afrique s’est tenue à Tunis, les 27 et 28 août, lors de laquelle le gouvernement japonais a annoncé la signature de plusieurs conventions, et une aide de 30 milliards de dollars sur trois ans pour des projets de financement en Afrique. Comment le Japon s’appuie-t-il sur ces mécanismes pour booster sa coopération avec l’Afrique dans de nombreux domaines ? et quel est le Bilan et que sont les perspectives de la TICAD 2022 ?
