Loubna Eddallal is a Junior Analyst at the International Relations Department of the Policy Center for the New South.
At the PCNS, Loubna Eddallal focuses on West African countries, particularly Nigeria and Cameroon. Her research examines regional power dynamics, political and economic policymaking, systems of governance, energy transition and the role of Economic Community of West African States in regional integration and stability.
Before joining the PCNS, Loubna Eddallal worked with institutions such as the European Research Council, the Parliament of Morocco, and the Moroccan Institute for Policy Analysis.
Loubna Eddallal holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations with a minor in Business Administration from Al Akhawayn University, where she graduated as Valedictorian of the Class of 2024. She also earned a Certificate in Humanities and Social Sciences from Sciences Po, with a focus on international law, foreign policy, and economic theory.
