Chaima Jabbar

Chaïma Jabbar is a Research Analyst at the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS). 

At PCNS, Chaïma Jabbar focuses her work on the Central Sahel and Senegal. 

Her analysis primarily covers political and security dynamics, regional reconfigurations, and governance trajectories, while drawing on OSINT and strategic intelligence methods. Before joining PCNS in 2024, Chaïma Jabbar contributed to research activities through her work with research centers and national institutions. 

Chaïma Jabbar holds a Master’s degree in Diplomatic Studies from Mohammed V University in Rabat and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Law from Ibn Zohr University. 

Chaïma Jabbar is fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
