Contrairement aux problèmes environnementaux d' « ancienne génération », le réchauffement climatique est un des problèmes politiques les plus délicats du 21ème siècle. Suite aux chocs consécutifs sur l'économie mondiale causés par les combustibles fossiles, le moment n'a jamais été aussi propice pour faire fondre la polarisation autour de la politique du changement climatique et proposer des solutions innovantes pour surfer sur l'incertitude et la complexité de ce sujet.
