L’offre des matières premières agricoles, d’origine Russe et Ukrainienne, a été fortement perturbée par la guerre, mettant en péril la sécurité alimentaire des pays importateurs. L’offre de blé à titre d’exemple, a été impactée par la disruption de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, rendant ainsi l’accès au blé, plus cher, et plus limité. Dans ce contexte, Mr. Henri-Louis Vedie, nous apporte ses éléments de réponse concernant les sources alternatives d’approvisionnement de blé pour le Maroc, le lien établi entre le potentiel agricole du pays et les défis de la sécurité alimentaire, ainsi que le rôle que joue le Maroc, afin de réduire la dépendance agricole auprès des pays producteurs.
