Driss Alaoui Belghiti is a Specialist in International Relations at the Strategic Watch and Analysis Unit of the Policy Center for the New South, where he works mainly on governance issues in southern Africa and the engagement of extra-African actors on the continent. He has previously worked in national public institutions and the Pan-African Parliament. D.
