As a Senior Advisory Consultant, Wadia brings over twenty years of experience in international cooperation, working at the intersection of public affairs, international development, community building, and the Sustainable Development Goals. Wadia has helped establish multi-stakeholder collaborations focused on critical global challenges such as climate change, digital inclusion, mental health, education and skills development, and COVID-19 response and recovery.

Amal Benaissa is Sustainable Finance Manager at Bank of Africa - BMCE Group, a regional leader and pioneer in sustainable and inclusive finance. Part of the Bank’s Sustainability team, Amal’s work involves developing innovative financial products, services and partnerships that yield positive environmental and/or social impacts.

She started her journey at OCP in 2009 as a member of the Task Force in charge of implementing the Group's industrial transformation strategy. She then joined the Chairman’s Office where she was in charge of energy and raw materials procurement dossiers; after which she was appointed Vice-President within the Industrial Development Department where she led feasibility studies for a number of capacity enhancing and cost saving industrial projects.

A results- oriented global development economist focused on  driving sustainable impact in education through systems change, data & partnerships.
