Mr. Zakaria Snaoui is a Operation Officer at the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS)
At the PCNS, he plays a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and modernization of the organization’s IT infrastructure. His work focuses on network architecture (Wi-Fi Network, VOIP...), cybersecurity, and the integration of unified communication systems to support the center’s digital transformation initiatives.
He has notably contributed to major infrastructure projects, including the migration of the PCNS infrastructure to the UM6P campus, where he oversaw network optimization and security hardening efforts.
Before joining the PCNS in 2022, Zakaria worked at Teal Technology Services as a Cybersecurity Analyst, where he specialized in threat monitoring, vulnerability management, patch management, and the implementation of zero-day protection strategies.
Mr. Zakaria holds a master’s degree in network security from the Faculty of Sciences and Technology (FST).
He is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
