Tawfik SMAOUI

Tawfik Smaoui is an Operations Officer – Audiovisual Production at the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS).

He contributes to the design, production, and coordination of events and audiovisual projects supporting the think tank’s research and communication activities.

Holding a master’s degree specializing in documentary filmmaking and a bachelor’s degree in film and audiovisual studies, Tawfik has built a diverse career in the fields of audiovisual production, events management, television, and cinema, with a particular interest in documentary and storytelling. He has also worked as an editor and colorist on numerous television and digital projects.

Tawfik is fluent in Arabic, French, and English.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
