Sara khallaayoun
Program Officer - Partnerships

Sara Khallaayoun is a Partnerships Officer (Partnerships) at the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS).

At the PCNS, she contributes to the development and coordination of diverse collaborations with national and international partners.

Before joining the PCNS in 2025, Sara Khallaayoun accumulated nine years of experience across diverse sectors, including communication & media, development, education, and renewable energy.

Sara Khallaayoun holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from the School of Governance and Economics (EGE), and a master’s degree in the Governance of Organizations for International Development from Université Pierre-Mendès-France (UPMF-Grenoble II, now Université Grenoble-Alpes).

Sara Khallaayoun is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
