Raouiae khouyi
Program Officer - Partnerships

Raouiae Khouyi is a Program Officer (Partnerships) at the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS).

At the PCNS, Raouiae Khouyi coordinates strategic partnerships and manages collaborations with different institutions and various embassies and think tanks. Her work involves designing and implementing initiatives.

Before joining the PCNS in 2025, Raouiae Khouyi worked with the National Democratic Institute (NDI) as Program Associate, where she led programs promoting inclusive governance, youth participation, and women’s leadership in policymaking. She has also organized and facilitated numerous workshops and regional dialogues on climate justice and youth inclusion across the MENA region and at COP 28.

Prior to that, she worked at the Netherlands Institute in Morocco (NIMAR), where she successfully led the School of Democracy project, aimed to enhance civic education and political engagement among Moroccan youth.

Raouiae Khouyi holds a master’s degree in public policies and governance.

Raouiae Khouyi is fluent in Arabic, French, and English. 

She is recognized as Morocco’s representative at the Arab Youth Council for Climate Change 2024-2026.
