At the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS), Lilia Benwahoud is in charge of Human Resources. In this capacity, she oversees the operational implementation of the Center’s HR policy.
She supervises all activities related to talent management, training and skills development, recruitment, as well as the administrative and regulatory management of personnel.
She ensures that HR practices are consistent with legal requirements, institutional standards, and the Center’s values, while supporting managers and teams in promoting a culture based on performance, accountability, and well-being at work.
Before joining the PCNS in 2019, Lilia Benwahoud had seven years of experience in human resources. She worked at the French Embassy in Morocco, where she contributed to the implementation of HR and mobility policies, and to the selection, evaluation, and guidance of academic and professional profiles throughout their career paths.
She also worked in France and Morocco as a consultant and later as head of recruitment offices, notably with Randstad and CRIT, where she developed strong expertise in HR project management, executive recruitment, and organizational support.
Lilia Benwahoud holds a double Master’s degree from the University of Montpellier I, in Human Resources Management and Organizational Strategy Consulting.
She is fluent in French and Arabic, and has professional proficiency in English.
