JIBOU Rhita

Rhita Jibou is a Junior Program Officer (Partnerships) at the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS).

At the PCNS, which she joined in 2025, she contributes to the work of the Partnerships Department, supporting collaborations with national and international institutions, as well as the development of strategic initiatives that strengthen PCNS’s network.

Rhita Jibou holds a master’s degree in International Studies and Diplomacy and a bachelor’s degree from Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane (AUI). She completed exchange programs at the Tampere University in Finland and Endicott College in the United States.

Rhita Jibou is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
