Jamal AIT BASSOU is a Sound Engineer, Operations Officer, and Production Coordinator at the Policy Center for the New South.
At PCNS, he oversees the production and coordination of audiovisual projects, including broadcasts, conferences, webinars, and podcasts. His work involves designing and mixing audio for various productions, managing live streaming, and supervising of professional Broadcast systems.
From 2009 to 2020, he worked as Technical Manager at Radio Plus Marrakech, where he handled live broadcast production, live streaming, and the technical setup of studios.
Jamal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cinematographic and Audiovisual Techniques from Ibn Zohr University (2006–2009).
He is skilled in sound editing and mixing, professional sound recording, video editing, and live audio/video streaming.
He speaks Tamazight, Arabic, English, and French.
