Ismail Benbrahim is a Finance and Procurement Manager at the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS).
At the PCNS, he oversees the Center’s financial and procurement operations, ensuring effective budget planning, regulatory compliance, and resource optimization. He contributes to the PCNS’s financial strategy by promoting transparency, sound governance, and sustainable management practices.
Before joining the PCNS in 2020, he worked as an Audit and Advisory Manager at KPMG Morocco, where he led statutory and contractual audit engagements for multinational corporations and major Moroccan groups operating in sectors such as financial services, automotive, energy, and logistics. His professional experience also includes financial due diligence, internal control assessments, and process improvement initiatives.
Ismail Benbrahim holds an french advanced diploma in accounting and management (DSCG) and a master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Auditing (CCA) from IAE Bordeaux. He is also a Certified Public Accountant trainee registered with the French Order of Chartered Accountants.
He is fluent in Arabic and French, with an intermediate level of English.
