HAMZA MAAROUFI

Hamza Maaroufi is a Program Officer at the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS).

At the PCNS, Hamza Maaroufi contributes to the planning and execution of high-level events, facilitating gatherings that bring together policymakers and experts from around the world.

Before joining the PCNS in 2024, Hamza Maaroufi was Program Coordinator at École Centrale de Casablanca (ECC) and Project Management Officer (PMO) at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P), contributing to program development and project implementation.

Hamza Maaroufi holds a master's degree in management of social enterprises and Territories from Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University.

Mr. Maaroufi is fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
