Fadila Filali
Manager - Youth Leadership Initiatives

Fadila Filali is the Manager of Youth Leadership Initiatives at the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS).

At the PCNS, Fadila Filali leads the Youth Leadership Initiatives section, which develops programs that empower young leaders from Africa and the Global South. She oversees flagship initiatives such as the Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders (ADEL) and contributes to the Young Talent Factory, a platform dedicated to nurturing future changemakers through dialogue, leadership development, and policy engagement. She previously served as a Partnerships Officer.

Before joining the PCNS in 2022, Fadila Filali worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Lausanne, where she specialized in political behavior and leadership dynamics within political parties.

She holds a master’s degree in political science – Métiers du politique, with a specialization in Electoral Sociology, from the University of Lausanne in Switzerland and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Mohammed V University of Rabat.

Fadila Filali is fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
