Ayoub Oulhadj

Ayoub Oulhadj is an Operation Officer – Audiovisual Production at the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS).

At the PCNS, Ayoub focuses on multimedia development, audiovisual production, and digital content creation. He contributes to the design and implementation of visual communication projects, ensuring high-quality production standards across various media platforms.

Before joining the PCNS in 2025, Ayoub worked as a Motion Graphic Designer at 2M TV, where he developed expertise in visual storytelling, motion design, and broadcast graphics.

He holds a degree in Multimedia Development and a professional certificate in Web and Mobile Development.

Ayoub is fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
