Asmaa Tahraoui is the Manager of Knowledge Management at the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS).
At the PCNS, Asmaa Tahraoui has built and led initiatives focused on data management, digital transformation, and the implementation of information systems, thus contributing to strengthening the institution’s collaboration mechanisms, innovation capabilities, monitoring and evaluation (M&E) protocols, and strategic intelligence.
Before joining the PCNS in 2016, Asmaa Tahraoui worked at the Moroccan School of Engineering Sciences (EMSI) as Manager of Executive Education and International Certifications, and as a permanent Professor teaching advanced programming and database administration.
Asmaa Tahraoui holds a master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from EMSI and a master’s degree in Project Management and New Technologies from the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis (now Université Côte d’Azur).
She is fluent in Arabic and French, and proficient in English.
