Ahmed OUHNINI
Program Officer - Social Media & Digital Content

Ahmed Ouhnini joined the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS) in 2019 as an Economist. In this role, he contributed to the Think Tank’s work on development economics, agriculture, and inclusive growth, focusing on Morocco, the wider Atlantic region, and the Global South.

Since 2024, he has served as Program Officer, leading strategic communications, managing social media, and developing digital content while continuing to engage in research and policy initiatives.

Ahmed holds a Master’s degree in Law, Economics, and Management from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and an Engineering degree in Agricultural Development from the National School of Agriculture in Meknes. He has also held a research position at the Paris School of Economics. Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, Ahmed works to foster cross-regional dialogue and support the development of inclusive, evidence-based public policies.
