1. Mission
Provide operational support to the publications and editorial function by assisting with coordination, tracking, and follow-up of publications, ensuring smoother workflows and respect of timelines.
2. Key Responsibilities
•    Support the coordination of Policy Center publications (policy briefs, reports, papers, opinion editorials)
•    Maintain and regularly update a shared tracking document of publications in preparation or production (“publications in the pipe”) 
•    Follow up on timelines and deliverables with authors, external editors, and internal teams
•    Assist with basic editorial tasks (formatting, document preparation, consistency checks)
•    Support the centralization of publication-related requests and correspondence
•    Assist in the organization of editorial calendars and coordination tools
•    Provide general operational and administrative support to the publications workflow
•    Coordinate regularly with external editors and authors contributing to PCNS publications, and support basic editorial tasks when appropriate.
3. Profile (JPP option)
•    Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in communications, political science, international relations, publishing, or a related field
•    No prior professional experience required (internships and academic work acceptable)
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•    Ability to work methodically, follow instructions, and manage multiple tasks
•    Excellent written and oral proficiency in both French and English (mandatory)
•    Strong interest in research, policy, or publishing environments
4. Assets
•    Academic exposure to writing, editing, or research projects
•    Familiarity with standard office tools (Word, Excel, shared folders)
•    Motivation to learn and develop professional skills
