Zakaria Jouhari is currently the Partnerships Manager at the Policy Center for the New South, where he is responsible for managing relations with the PCNS’ different partners, ranging from think tanks to universities as well as NGOs and international organizations.
Before joining the Policy Center for the New South in September 2018, Zakaria was a Market Intelligence & Insights Project Manager at Masen (Moroccan Agency for Sustainable Energy), focusing on delivering key reports and strategic studies to the Top Management on the evolution of the renewable energy market. Zakaria also occupied the Internal Affairs Officer position at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Morocco, where he was responsible for the financial and operating activities of the Embassy. Zakaria holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The Hague University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands as well as an IPMA certification in Project Management.
