TeHilla Maloney-Joseph is Business Intelligence Lead at ANSA Merchant Bank Ltd, directing data strategy, governance and performance intelligence across the banking sector. She previously modelled crime for national security policy. An information strategy, communications and monitoring and evaluation practitioner, she designs monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks for youth, climate and social development programmes, as Advisor to Hacoet Social Innovation Solutions and Programme Quality Officer at the Volunteer Centre of Trinidad and Tobago. She founded YSTAT, CARICOM’s youth advocacy programme on statistics, represents it on the CARICOM Statistics Technical Working Group on Innovation, and champions youth participatory action research led by young Caribbean people. She co-led the UN ECOSOC Youth Forum’s Caribbean side event and previously co-chaired the Caribbean Development Bank’s Future Leaders Network.
