Serge Ghislain DOUKOURE Frejuce is an Engineer Statistician Economist, Education Expert, currently serving as Manager of Education-Training and Employment Sector to the Prime Minister of Côte d'Ivoire.

Prior to this position, he was the assistant to the general Director of Economy for the government of Côte d'Ivoire. In this role, he worked with the International Monetary Fund, and was member of the team who was in charge to monitoring the country’s Financial and Economic Program, as well as for the debt relief and development contract between Côte d'Ivoire and France.

He has also worked as an analyst at the Central Bank of West Africa States, were he prepared foreign trade indices for the West African Economic and Monetary Union Zone, and for the Ministry of Economy, where he managed investments for state companies and provided support to the companies in the ministry’s portfolio.

Serge Ghislain DOUKOURE Frejuce is an education Manager in NGO Community Care since 2013. In the same view, He also initiated several reforms, the most famous is the reform of near Colleges which is being implemented in currently in Côte d'Ivoire.

Serge Ghislain DOUKOURE is an Emerging Leader who was nominated to be member of the third edition of the Atlantic Dialogues Program organized by The German Marshall Fund of the United States and the Policy Center for the New South of Morocco and designated as Ambassador of the International Youth and NGO’s Summit (IYONS) in India.
