Nada El Majdoub

She started her journey at OCP in 2009 as a member of the Task Force in charge of implementing the Group's industrial transformation strategy. She then joined the Chairman’s Office where she was in charge of energy and raw materials procurement dossiers; after which she was appointed Vice-President within the Industrial Development Department where she led feasibility studies for a number of capacity enhancing and cost saving industrial projects.

Since July 2018, Nada is EVP of corporate performance which includes corporate planning, supply chain and quality management.

Nada started her career in Houston in 2006, in Oil and Gas, at Jacobs Engineering. She then joined the Alliance Wood Group Engineering as a Deputy Project Manager.

She holds a MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University (LSU) and a MSc in Aeronautical Engineering from l’Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Ingénieurs en Constructions Aéronautiques (ENSICA) in Toulouse, France.

Nada is an MIT REAP (Regional entrepreneurship acceleration program) alumni, and a member of its Global innovation Network since 2016; she also successfully completed the OCP MIT Leadership Transformation program at MIT’s sloan school of management.

Nada is a member of McKinsey’s Remarkable Women Network.
