Mariana Figueiras is a Project Manager at Generali Portugal. She holds a Master’s degree in management, with a specialization in Strategy and International Business from Nova SBE. She began her career supporting customer loyalty and engagement initiatives and later led projects focused on customer journey redesign, digital adoption, and go-to-market optimization. She subsequently contributed to an international Customer & Advisory Excellence transformation program across multiple markets within the Generali Group. Today, she leads cross-functional strategic initiatives that strengthen customer experience, enhance market competitiveness, and support key business objectives. Her interests lie in leadership, innovation, and organizational transformation, with a particular focus on bringing people, strategy, and technology together to create meaningful impact.
