Hassane Serghini Idrissi is an agro-economist and agricultural statistician. He holds a PhD in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University and an agricultural engineering degree from the Agronomic and Veterinary Institute Hassan II in Rabat. He served as Director of Planning and Economic Affairs at the Ministry of Agriculture in Morocco. He currently works as an international consultant in agricultural development and statistics, with experience across several countries in Africa and the Middle East.
