Khaled Kaddour has more than 40 years of experience in the public and private sectors in Tunisia and abroad (Italy, Algeria, UAE, Egypt) and has contributed to the implementation of several national programs in the field of energy, energy transition and strategic studies. He is a Former Minister of Energy, Mines and Renewable Energies in the Tunisian Government of National Unity 2017-2018, during which he launched major projects to produce electricity from renewable energies (1000 Megawatts). He contributed to the activities of various regional and international networks of strategic studies, namely EuroMeSco (Euro-Mediterranean Study Commission), the network dialog between the Organization of the North Atlantic Treaty (NATO) and southern countries of the Mediterranean, the Development Centre for the Sub-regional North Africa and the Institute for Security Studies of the European Union. Khaled Kaddour is a prolific author, known for his contributions to various papers and books, and as coordinator such as for the study "La transition énergétique et écologique en Tunisie à l’horizon 2050".
