Une expertise, Une thématique - Moroccan Youth Beyond Borders: Driving the 2035 Vision Forward
From

As part of its “Une expertise, Une thématique” series, the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS), in partnership with Les Citoyens, will host a panel under the theme “Moroccan Youth Beyond Borders: Driving the 2035 Vision Forward” on July 23, 2025, in Rabat.
Conceived as a space for regular and constructive exchange, this series aims to foster dialogue between the Policy Center’s community of experts and young people around the major economic, social, and geopolitical issues shaping our societies at both the national and international levels.
The event aims to highlight the strategic potential of young members of the Moroccan diaspora in contributing to national development, in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2035 and will bring together young professionals from the Moroccan diaspora—particularly members of the Morocco With Purpose delegation. It will explore how their global expertise and entrepreneurial spirit can be mobilized to support economic transformation, innovation, and territorial cohesion in Morocco.
The event will focus on leveraging transnational youth talent for economic diplomacy, regional development, and national strategies. Speakers from diverse backgrounds will offer perspectives on policy alignment and practical mechanisms for engagement.
As part of its Youth Leadership Initiatives, PCNS seeks to empower young voices and foster stronger ties between Moroccan youth abroad and their country of origin.
This gathering offers a timely opportunity to build bridges across borders and generations, and to position Moroccan youth as key actors in driving a resilient and forward-looking national vision.
